Minimum Requirements:
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server 2008
• Strong experience with VMware (ESX server clusters, VCenter, etc)
• Strong powershell experience
• Extensive experience with backup and restore operations including disk and tape arrays.
• Must have knowledge of networking principles and protocols
• Must have knowledge of storage (RAID levels, SAN, NAS, etc)
• Previous experience supporting large production systems on a 24x7x365 basis
• Experience working within a fast-paced team atmosphere, as well as possessing the knowledge to be able to perform individually
• Must present a professional demeanor and be goal-oriented toward exceeding customer expectations and corporate targets
• Experience testing and evaluating fielded implementations
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills Preferred:
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Exchange 2007, 2010
• Hands-on knowledge of Communicator 2007 or Lync 2010
• Hands-on knowledge of BES servers
• Responsibility for the administration of third party add-ons to enterprise applications.
• Have administered production Linux (RHEL or CentOS) systems
• Have administered SQL Server
• Previous experience with Blade Servers and working in datacenters
