Assisting Music Promotion team with reporting needs and analysis post campaign completion. Pulling inventory reports and formatting in excel to assist in RFP process for Ad Sales team. Attend internal meetings and phone conference calls on a daily or weekly basis as needed. Work closely with Ad Operations Manager and SQA team to provide additional support as needed and be second in line of communication between the two Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Advertising/Marketing, Communications/Sales, Operations, as well as one or more years in a related field advertising, marketing, communications, client services, media, account management experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; strong excel and database skills a plus Required Skills/Competencies: Excellent verbal and written skills; team player as well as effectively working with minimal supervision. Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks; strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; detail oriented; analytical; proactive; results driven; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
