Remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats co-workers, patients, families, and all members of the health care team with dignity and respect. Essential Functions: The Registered Nurse demonstrates proficiency by exhibiting the following skills, competencies, and behaviors: - Leadership - Nursing Process - Documentation - Clinical Outcomes - Workplace Safety - Patient Care Experience - Ensures clean, orderly, and functional work environment - Team Commitment - Fiscal Responsibility Qualifications: Notes: - Must obtain PICC certification within three (3) months of hire. Basic Qualifications: - Current CA RN license & AHA BLS Certification. -One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in acute care or ambulatory care. - ONS Provider Card required. - Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. - Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors.
