Handle multiple complex projects as our new Customer Service Representative.
Answer incoming service requests from all business units. Generate and dispatch work orders. Handle and follow up with customer inquiries and complaints. Update MAXIMO customer service database and spreadsheets. Retrieve all after-hour work order requests from voicemail. Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly reports. Assist with training of new hires and temporary employees.
