Tasks
In this role, you'll provide customer education and troubleshooting for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. high speed internet and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. digital phone.
This may include technical support for e-mail, operating systems, and connectivity.
You will remain current on internal processes, procedures, and training used for managing customer technical issues, billing issues and adjustments.
Use sales skills in up-selling customers on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products and services.
You will need to utilize online tools to analyze customer issues, provide communication on internal databases and ensure internal systems and customer accounts are maintained and updated.
You’ll need to be proficient in the use of software installed by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. technicians and perform other duties as assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Ability to work overtime, as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot software issues, and prior experience with Internet browsers.
Proven customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate are also required.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task between simultaneous computer applications.
Requires the ability to organize time and activities efficiently; ability to work independently to resolve customer concerns and or issues.
Experience with the following applications preferred: 9x, 2k, XP, Vista & MAC OS 9/X.
Typing skills of at least 30 words per minute.
