Job Summary:

- Jupiter, FL location
- Contract position (1 year)
- Pay Rate: $11.56 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process field purchase order requests for approximately 2500 vendors.
- Address order escalations; providing answers to filed inquiries and/or direct them to the proper resources for resolution.
- Provide order status; expected ship date, proof of delivery, etc.
- Track back-orders and provide an ETA to field engineers.
- Amend purchase orders; receive and process vendor order changes, price changes, update part numbers or descriptions, address changes.
- Order confirmation; work closely with vendors to ensure orders are received, processed and shipped.
- Cancel purchase orders and find alternative suppliers to purchase parts.
- Work closely with purchasing zone analysts, provide support on all aspects of their work.
- Will complete 8-week training period.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable making a high-volume of outbound calls.
- Must have solid computer skills. Company will train to use Oracle.
