Required Skills and Experience (Must have) : • Thorough understanding in Windows Servers, MSSQL/Oracle Database design and relational database experience • Proven skills in JAVA programming • Excellent knowledge of Web Services and XMLRPC • Accumulated experience to Web Service development, including database connectivity and management.
