The program is a 10-12 week program for students who have completed second year of law school. The law clerk projects consist mainly of legal research and writing. Strong efforts are made to involve clerks in various aspects of organization's practice including attorney and client meetings. Experience in Indian law or a background in Indian affairs is highly desirable. Students in second year of law school are considered.
