*Oversee daily site operations. * Act as a resource to staff and internal customers. * Ensure quality customer service by reviewing documentation and making site visits. * Consistently support compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by keeping information private and confidential. * Perform needs assessments and root cause investigations. * Manage programs including hazard identification, evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention and more. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing services. * Manage both local and transitory work groups. * Ensure that regulations and client procedures are in compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA.
Think resourcefully to interpret complex documents. Qualifications Motivate others to complete projects on time. Coordinate all efforts effectively. And be ready to train, coach and counsel employees. Use your BA/BS, along with 3+ years of related experience and/or training, to excel in this role.
