Job Profile
Functions as an integral member of the Hallmark Health Hospice interdisciplinary team.
Provides companionship, emotional support, respite, and practical support to patients/families as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator.
Maintains open and consistent communication with the hospice team.
Fulfills administrative and record keeping responsibilities on an ongoing basis.
