Responsibilities: Responsible for the evaluation and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by licensed physician in effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, physical disability. Education - Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or approved international equivalency with at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Should receive 2.0 continuing education units every 2 years. Experience - Entry level considered. Experience preferred. Certification/Licensure - Licensed by Oklahoma State Board of Med Licensure & Supervision for the Practice of Physical Therapy. |
