Provide physical therapy rehabilitation services to patients in a home setting. Clinical documentation will be via laptop. Candidates should be CA-licensed PTs having graduated from an accredited PT program. Current CPR certificate and 1+ years of recent PT experience is desired. Experience or interest in gerontology a big plus, home care and/or hospice is preferred, however we WILL TRAIN. CA driver's license and car insurance needed. |
