Responsibilities
Responsible as a key member of the team, reporting to the PMO.

Responsible to perform all duties of an analyst on an independent basis, and direct other staff as required.

Responsible to compile financial reporting and analysis, ensure the completeness and accuracy of data entered into tracking systems, presentation development and support other activities as necessary for the team in the course of providing client service.

Will need strong analytical ability both qualitative and quantitative, excellent communication skills and have extensive experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Ability to work independently and direct others when needed.

Compilation of financial and/or service related data from single or multiple data bases

Create, evaluate, and analyze various forms of data to ensure the consistency and to maximize quality
and productivity

Preparation of summary reports in a manner appropriate for managers and decision makers to measure
results and/or establish corrective plans. Examples are: monthly financial variance and benchmark
reports; Ad Hoc, MSD, forecasting reports; annual budgeting and ProForma

Analyze key performance data to determine trends and generate reports

Support savings initiatives / process improvement

Prepares formal client ready documents including reports and presentations

Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a
fast paced team environment

Support and/or lead Six Sigma projects such as MBF, FMEA etc

Assist with the information needs and implementation of Special Projects

Performs additional job duties as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting Science or Engineering with a high analytical content is absolutely required

Minimum 3 years or more experience (5 years+ is highly preferred)

Advanced computer skills including Excel, Access and Visual Basic

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a strong plus

Business Analyst background that includes the capturing, scrubbing and analysis of data

Strong background in developing forecasting models

Any similar combination of education and experience

Strong financial/analytical skills and problem solving ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of basic business practices

Excellent level of customer service skills and professionalism

Strong detail-oriented and ability to make effective decisions and solve problem

Strong working knowledge and experience with basic six sigma tools
