Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the assigned properties within our client-owned and/or occupied portfolio within the approved processes and procedures and in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements.

The position will also be responsible for line of business and third party Landlord relationships with the assigned buildings.

Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Property Management services within assigned facilities and geography;

Be accountable for the financial performance of the assigned portfolio

Provide overall property services in accordance with our client’s standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information;

Prepare, submit and manage property budgets with the clients’ goals and objectives addressed, understand and report on variances as they occur

Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying space under lease with our client-owned premises.

Maintain interface with third party owners (Landlords), ensuring total contract compliance (the Lease), accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impact tenant relations issues

Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of our client as owner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

5+ years property management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment

CPM, RPA, or CSM designation

Possess real estate license

Or any similar combination of education and experience

Strong finance or asset management background is highly preferred

Experience with managing multiple locations, especially critical facilities

Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices

Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint, also the ability to analyze data
