Services Commercial Legal Specialist The candidate will focus on providing proactive large deal/contract commercial and Legal support, intervention assistance when one or more program is escalated internally for Regional or Global for legal or commercial support. Will engage and support in: medium to very large and complex projects and programs; intervention and recovery of troubled programs and high impact escalations with the aim of mitigating commercial and legal risk; and support intervention and recovery activities in large strategic bids for company services. Coordinate activities relevant in the Global Services Quality Office (Delivery) back-office response and triage team. Provide legal and commercial support for medium/ large, and complex and global projects to assist successful commercial and legal risk mitigation. Work with customer stakeholders and senior company management (and partners where applicable). Take overall responsibility to manage all company delivery legal or commercial activity (supported by GSQO Back office). Develop solid commercial arrangements and strategies, with cadences, on-site support, and quick execution on the plans, handling any issues and risks. Build credibility / trust with assigned (regional, local) company and customer stakeholders during the engagement phase. Support, advise and assist with commercial and legal risk management of certain high risk proposals, tenders, and or responses to requests for proposals associated with troubled or risky deals for company with manage risks appropriately. Maximize use of internal networks in the company LoS areas such as Development, BTS, CDP, AGS, MCS, and GRC to assist rapid de-escalation of troubled high risk projects. As appropriate, work closely with IBUs, solution management and product development by organizing systematic insight into blue-chip customers issues and project recovery options. Oversee effective regional and local bid or negotiation efforts to affect success. Serve as mentor / advisor / decision-maker to regional managers for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, project commercials, and legal risk. Be part of global or regional strategic initiatives that deliver improvements in the organization's professional capability to manage quality, drive de-escalation and recovery of portfolios, structure programs, and projects, methodology development, creation of intellectual capital, and perform coaching and mentoring. Ensure effective development and deployment of management policies, procedures, quality standards, and methodologies. Oversee and promote enterprise knowledge management.
