Kelly Engineering Resources specializes in the placement of Quality Engineers. We are currently seeking highly qualified professionals to meet the needs of our clients located in the Greensboro/High Point Triad area. Candidates, who meet the job requirements below, are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Define/develop Quality Program status indicators, performance measurements and reporting requirements Develop quality system processes, i.e., records management and document control, control of electronic data, software development and control, etc. Perform internal audits to assess compliance to Standards and to the internal Quality System, including investigation, presentation of observations and findings, and reporting Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues Ensure that customer and supplier quality issues are resolved using problem solving methods (Kepner-Tregoe, 8-D etc.) Provide trending analysis on quality issues and performance metrics Requirements: BS or MS degree in Engineering (BSEE or BSME is preferred) A minimum of 3 years experience in FMEA, PPAP, DOE, QFD, APQP, and DFMA Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities in changing environments from conception to completion – Project Management (hands-on) Experience with lean manufacturing and change management An ASQ certification is desired A Professional Quality Engineer license is also desired Benefits Include: Competitive pay Access to a comprehensive employee benefits package including health, prescription, vision, dental, and life and short-term disability insurance Paid service bonus and holidays Portable 401(k) plans Recognition and incentive programs Access to continuing education via the Kelly Learning Center Kelly Engineering Resources (KER) is a specialty service of Kelly Services Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions.
