Assist the Real Estate Manager with the property budget process, including bids and related pricing. Conduct weekly walkthroughs with vendors and building engineers. Coordinate new tenant items and events. Assist with publishing newsletter. Assist with tenant and vendor customer service. Compose tenant correspondence. Follow up on status of vendor jobs. Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable. Track certificates of insurance. Help prepare common area maintenance (CAM) dues. Answer, screen and direct incoming calls. Open and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
