The job market in America is in the path of improvement and the sharp drop in the number of Americans seeking job for four straight weeks, backs up the idea. The Labor Department has revealed that the weekly applications for unemployment benefits dropped to 29,000 in just last week. The number of applications is in direct correlation with the unemployment and layoffs, so the reduction is a sure sign of improvement in the job market. The number of applications spiked a few weeks before as an aftermath of Sandy, but now it has faded.
