Reuters is reporting that the US stock market is taking a tumble as Wall Street is reacting negatively to results of settlements in the mortgage banking industry and how that relates to their future earnings. Projections are being made that last fiscal quarter of 2012 will not have greatly improved earnings for this segment over the previous quarter.
