Riverside police layoffs decision delayed

Riverside Police has delayed layoffs to late March 2013 as decisions would be made based on the amount proposed by the State for its aid. The police layoff has been due to budgetary woes in the department. With the layoffs in place, the police could only promise the most basic level of protection for the residents.
