Many contractors and subcontractors are finding it increasingly hard to find adequate construction workers after a boost in housing development this year. This happened because after a fluctuation in housing sales and lesser jobs for the construction industry, many skilled workers simply left to find better jobs, or if immigrants, left back to their countries to find work.
