In this role, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources systems support to a customer base of approximately 23,000 employees, 3,500 managers and 300 Human Resource professionals through reporting and system support. This position will provide the opportunity to grow into a Workday reporting subject matter expert. Responsibilities include: run, edit and create reports in support of reporting requests, provide technical support and maintenance for all Workday reports, assist with continual improvement of the reporting life cycle and partner with HR colleagues to create end user training.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports To: Director, HR Operations, HR ReportingDirect Reports: NonePrimary Working Relationships: HRIS Team, Employee Service Center Team and HR Centers of ExcellencePartnerships/Clients: HRBPs, Managers and AssociatesThe responsibilities of the individual in this position include:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Mentored to grow into a Workday Reporting subject matter expert who can provide guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and partnersWork directly with clients to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve report issues in a timely mannerEdit and build reports using Workday's report writing toolsLearn to manage and execute the full report development life cycle: elicit requirements, design, build, test and deployAssist with developing and maintaining reporting lifecycle and best practicesDrive process and system efficiencies/best practices which promote data integrity and ensure delivery of accurate reporting of dataManage operation of tasks proficiently, efficiently and with full accountability for resultsPartner with HRIS team members to develop consistency and standardization of processes and services across HRIS teamEnsure that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controlsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation/Training:Bachelor degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology or related business area is preferredTraining / Experience in Human Resource disciplines and HRIS systems is preferredExperience:Workday experience and experience with Workday's report writing toolsConsultative skills and the ability to build solid relationships with your team, HR, cross-functional internal partners and clientsKnowledge of HR disciplines is a plusExperience in HR applications such as: HCM, reporting, payroll, time/attendance, talent management, compensation or recruiting a plusAdditional Skills/Knowledge:Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly through instruction and independent learningHelp drive and participate in a culture of continual technical and professional learning aligned with industry best practices and new technologiesExcellent analytical and research skillsDemonstrated success in attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving and critical thinkingStrong Microsoft Excel skillsDemonstrated success in a fast-paced, complex environment Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business functionsExcellent business communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer focus Excellent planning and organizational skills
