Profile

This is a senior level position to oversee the technical design and development of technical components. This person will work closely with our offshore development team to solve technical issues and provide support for development tasks.

Fundamental Components:

The Development Lead will analyze, design, develop and test software applications, primarily using the Microsoft development platform. This includes researching, designing, documenting and modifying software throughout the development life cycle. The role will focus on technically innovative and architecturally advanced solutions.

- Provide technical support for current and future applications.

- Investigate highly technical problems and design solutions.

- Design and implement new functionality.

- Assist in the development of coding standards

- Perform code reviews.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

- 4 years of work experience with C#/ .Net

- Experience working on large .NET development projects.

- Understanding of relational databases.

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Sql Server and T-SQL.

- Experience working on WPF applications a plus.

- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
