KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Network Operations Center to join our KPMG Technology Organization.


Ensure 24x7 network and system support and monitoring for business critical environments, developing initiatives to achieve greater network reliability and improved customer service results

Provide leadership and direction to the NOC team and ensure all service levels are met or exceeded

Monitor the operational support systems to proactively identify service impacting events relating to IT, network, and facility conditions

Produce and publish operational and analytical reports, driving for automation of metrics and measurement systems for scalable performance management

Drive continuous improvement to monitoring services and internal processes for resolution of support requests and production incidents

Serve as point of escalation for team, working with appropriate engineering and operations leadership within the organization or external vendors as required to achieve resolution


Minimum of eight years experience in overseeing critical infrastructure systems and/or managing a Network Operations Center

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; ITIL Certification required

Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently and/or as a part of a team in a dynamic environment with the ability to adjust priorities based upon situational awareness

Experience in the following disciplines: Supporting Windows and Linux operating systems; Network, server, and storage systems (ie, Cisco, Juniper, F5, Cisco UCS, EMC, 3PAR etc.); DNS, Active Directory, IIS, and network troubleshooting

Working knowdlege of: Monitoring platforms and analysis applications such as Nagios, SCOM, SolarWinds, Splunk, AppDynamics and BMC Patrol; Batch scheduling systems such as Tivoli Workload Scheduler; Databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Hadoop; Proficiency in one or more scripting languages
