The Internal Audit Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising audits covering a broad range
of the Company's operations to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance
with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and governmental and legal requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Be responsible for planning and conducting audits covering a broad range of the Company's operations to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and governmental and legal requirements. You’ll assist the Audit Manager and Director with oral and written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of audits, discuss deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and assist in appraising the status of changes to be made. And you’ll use your leadership skills to assist in hiring, training, developing and mentoring staff.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BS/BA degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university.
3 – 7 years of audit experience in public accounting and/or private industry.
Knowledge and understanding of leading business and audit practices.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, SOX and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to set priorities and perform a variety of complex and broad work assignments.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
CPA, CIA or other related certification is preferred.
Experience in ADP and/or TeamMate audit software is preferred.
Big 4 or other public accounting experience is preferred.
Senior Auditor – Senior Internal Auditor
Approximately 20 to 30% travel for 18 to 36 months is required.
Possess a valid in-state driver's license.
Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen.

High school graduate or equivalent.
18 years or older
Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
Clear pre-employment drug screen
