Position Overview

Jostens has an excellent opportunity for a part time Brand Ambassador (seasonal) to host selling events at various high schools and universities. In this role you'll be responsible for providing on-campus support and hosting college sales programs such as Ring Days, Senior Salute and Graduation Fairs. Our selling season mirrors the school year; it starts in September and goes through December, then starts back up again in January and goes through May. You will be paid an hourly rate incentives. You will be paid for time spent traveling AND you will be reimbursed for mileage.

Position Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for selling all College products at scheduled events on college campuses reaching at minimum and maximizing to exceed event goals. This position is responsible for preparation of the events which include price sheets specific to the college, flyers, and orders. This individual is also responsible for having all necessary product samples, clipboards, pens, order forms, and brochures available at the assigned events. Additional responsibilities include: Confirming the date(s), time and place of events, making sure posters were received and hung by the school; having all display parts and approved signage, table of display in a visible area with traffic flow and table display being clutter free and professional. Handing out flyers and hanging posters prior to events will also be done by this position. The presentation at each event requires keeping the sample display clean, rings cleaned and polished, making sure the all product cards and brochures are easily assessable. The Sales Associate following each event reviews all orders for errors, separates copies of the order forms, gets money order for cash collected and mails all orders immediately after each event to the proper processing center. Paperwork needs to be submitted no later than Sunday evening of each week to the Service Team Manager. This includes time sheets, event tracking forms (copy also sent to the Territory Sales Rep), school profile, and expense reports.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience required

- Prior sales experience 1-2 years (preferred)

- Professional appearance

- Flexible schedule

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to travel within the Territory, minimal overnights

- Valid Driver license and access to reliable vehicle, use of public transportation not permitted
