Wholesale Relationship Strategies & Insights (WRS&I), led by Fleur Twohig and part of the Wholesale COO, has been created to support the Wholesale lines of business in building a strategic framework that will enhance Wholesale relationships through the implementation of tailored strategies, governed processes, common infrastructure, and delivery of insightful, actionable and effective business and customer analytics and reporting.

This key role will report to the head of Strategy and Execution within WRS&I. The individual in this role will partner with all leaders within WRS&I, and other key leaders across Wholesale as needed, to ensure that WRS&I meets and exceeds its Vision and overall strategy, providing consistent, robust, innovative and expert support to Wholesale and Lines of Business. This dynamic role will leverage a combination of Wholesale business experience and execution capabilities to assess, evolve and drive out the overall strategic approach for the broader WRS&I team.

As a key leader across WRS&I, this individual will be responsible for determining and leading our critical execution approach within a broad, diverse matrixed environment, while also leading a small internal team. Developing strong, long term relationships and partnerships across a variety of internal and external stakeholders will be critical to this roles success, along with establishing processes, procedures and routines to ensure consistent and high quality delivery of WRS&I services and programs.

*Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):*

* Partner internally across WRS&I to develop, enhance and implement an overarching execution and engagement roadmap that will ensure the success of the internal teams functions and strategic priorities – to include transformation needs, initial service delivery and on-going group success

* Partner across the Relationship Programs & Governance team, the Relationship Strategy Consulting team and the Insights & Reporting team to drive and support all strategic execution needs, ensuring interconnectivity and consistency of approach with a WRS&I group lens

* Review, assess and measure our collective execution success to continually enhance and evolve our overall model and approach

* Become a subject matter expert across the WRS&I teams and their respective initiatives in order to drive strong execution, while identifying other areas of opportunity

* Provide thought leadership into the prioritization of overall WRS&I services, including leveraging impact management analysis to ensure that delivery of services can be absorbed and adopted by Wholesale LOBs

* Partner with key leaders within WRS&I to evaluate, track to and resolve obstacles in order to ensure the services roadmap and timing of the delivery of specific services to the LOBs are delivered effectively and on time

* Facilitate and enable the partnership between key roles that support the target operating model between WRS&I and Wholesale LOBs by establishing, formally documenting, and establishing engagement processes and routines between and across team members for the following key roles: Relationship Strategy Lead, Relationship Strategy Execution Lead, Insights Lead and Analytics Integration Lead

* Develop summits and/or other forums to establish, build and continuously improve collaboration between the key roles and respective leaders to discuss ongoing work efforts and to ensure those efforts align with the priorities as identified

* Partner with the strategy team and process engineers as needed to ensure strong execution of WRS&I operational processes to ensure that the delivery of services are delivered against established SLAs and/or other key metrics. This includes monitoring and managing the WRS&I program pipeline processes and business review structures to maintain momentum/continuous improvement

* Establish and manage the roadmaps that compare the development of the desired services of WRS&I in terms of availability and compare, track and align those services to actual deployment/readiness within the Wholesale LOBs over time

* Partner with the Transformation Management Office to measure results and adjust metrics as needed to ensure strong execution results, leveraging communications and key messages to assist in driving out strong execution programs and ensure clear understanding of expectations and anticipated outcomes

* Become a trusted advisor both within WRS&I and across our partner network to develop and deliver a comprehensive execution strategy with minimal oversight

* Look for continuous improvement opportunities within execution programs across the team leveraging internal/external best practices where available

* Ensure appropriate adherence to regulatory risk and minimization of organizational risk

* Engage with all levels of the organization to achieve shared goals

* Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.*

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

* 5+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

* 8+ years of wholesale banking experience

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
