Job Description / Information

•Must possess deep understanding of Stryker Neurovascular’s (NV) business goals & global market drivers.

•Develop and deliver actionable, intelligence-driven research, analytics and insights to support business objectives and decision-making. Create, manage and distribute the following processes, business intelligence reports and dashboards:

oQuarterly global market size and share data (PriceTrack, MarketTrack and Eucomed)

oQuarterly procedural market volume data (ProcedureFinder)

oConference competitive intelligence reports

oQuarterly NeuroFactbook, including market data synthesis and tracking or market regulatory, clinical and media developments

•Source, evaluate, contract with, and manage performance of third party vendors from whom NV sources key business intelligence data necessary to accomplish divisional and corporate business

•Manage and expand online divisional knowledge management platform. Must be able to work with SharePoint Online in order to transition, improve, curate and maintain the NV knowledge management site (NeuroSource) that houses:

oCompetitive intelligence

oMarket intelligence

oNV Business Performance documents

oNV Strategic and Portfolio Planning documents

•Expand the use and role of visual analytics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in this field. Create visual outputs for global market share, market models, portfolio planning tools and other relevant analytics

•Support the strategic and portfolio planning process by providing btoh proactive and reactive business intelligence to facilitate analysis and decision-making:

oRecommend, create and explain BI models, tools, reports and dashboards to support Strategic Growth Teams and Executive Decision Makers

oConduct ad-hoc analytics as-requested by cross-functional peers to address knowledge gaps and support strategic and tactical business initiatives

•Act as a divisional subject matter expert on pre-hospital stroke management and EMS stakeholders (including but not limited to EMS, Emergency Physicians, Neurologists and NeuroInterventionalists). Provide counsel to global marketing, regional marketing, Business Development and EMS stakeholders as-needed. Manage face to face interactions with KOLS and other HCPs and provide expert-level guidance – at the level of that of a peer.

•Possess advanced capabilities and deliver analyses using geo-mapping software to evaluation of disease epidemiology, patient access, and market development opportunities

•Support the annual global market model process. Attend, contribute to and document market model working sessions with Top 16 countries around the globe. Incorporate meeting results into divisional market models for each country and disease state.

•Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams including, but not limited to, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, International Marketing, field-based Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Clinical and Regulatory to source and incorporate market intelligence that will impact market models and other planning tools.

•Support employee on-boarding and training through delivery of monthly introductions to strategic development resources for new employees and quarterly learning sessions to provide deep analysis of select BI deliverables for tenured employees

•Participate as a Stryker NV representative on cross divisional Business Intelligence councils and working groups

•Share best practices cross divisionally. Train and educate peers as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of work experience in either marketing or finance preferred.

5 years working with or in a pre-hospital or emergency care environment preferred

2 years working in neurovascular preferred
