Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking a Communications Manager for a 12 month temporary contract with the opportunity for an extension. \tMonday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
\tFocus on ensuring consistent, engaging and inspiring Communications within program and to end users.
\tOwn and manage Program Communications Plan and track interdependencies across other STRIDE programs
\tDefine Communications strategy for Program to support general awareness, targeted awareness and end user communications
\tDefine and deploy Social Media and online presence approach for end users and within program communications
\tResponsible for accuracy of program communications distribution lists (in conjunction with STRIDE)
\tAct as Communications business partner for program leadership
\tProvide leadership messages, Town hall decks, presentations, blog articles, etc
\tMinimum 5 years of experience in communications, management consulting, project management, change management or training, and a Bachelor’s degree
\tExperience in working alongside management consultants in large global programs
\tUnderstanding of large, complex change initiatives
\tExperience in large, complex IT/systems rollouts & Pharma industry is an advantage
