Care Coordinator drives growth and excellence in customer service through a
hybrid role of Account Management and Operations. The role is responsible
for clear and concise communication between the International Account Managers,
Fulfillment Staff and the External Customers.
The role makes decisions and collaborate with assigned market group, in
addition to proactively participating in the Customer Care Department.
Job Responsibilities and
Act as both Sales and Fulfillment
with the ability to coordinate between both departments.Assist sales by managing and growing
relationships with small accounts in specific markets.Quotes, order inquiries and creation.Account changes, claims, and
adjustments; utilizing negotiating tactics to fill short orders.Ensure accuracy on all orders and
proper delivery.Seamlessly navigate between several
different operating systems and applications. Work with aggressive deadlines while
maintaining quality.Ensure that all regulatory requirements
are met for international customers.Communicate with customers from all
parts of the world via email and phone.Track documentation to ensure that
account is accurate.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or
equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience with
international operations in global supply chain and customer service.Strong attention to detail with
excellent organizational capabilities. Superior ability to prioritize with
outstanding time management and follow through skills. Customer care experience in retail,
grocery or CPG preferred.Clear written and verbal
communication.Highly organized and ability to
prioritize.Knowledge of international customs
regulations.Problem solving for issues relating
to order processing – questions on shelf life, vendor pricing, scheduling.
