Create sales orders for customer APU’s and LRU’s in SAP. Coordinate P.O. requirements from PWC and Military Engines. Review customer documentation and liaises with airline customer as required to collect missing information. Prepare preliminary quotes as required and send with preliminary work scopes to internal and external customers. Coordinate work scopes with Repair Engineering for each individual APU. Follow up daily to maintain flow in the shop. Participate in daily production meetings and maintain production status report tool. Immediate follow up on action items is required. Prepare and review status reports to PWC, ME and airline customers. Accuracy will require interaction with shop floor for most current shipment promises or obstacles Coordinate and manage customer visits and support customer reviews as required. Participate on customer status phone calls. Creation of reports and presentations required by specific customers and defined by their established templates on common business unit templates. Coordinate and process each APU, LRU shipment with ITC and Legal from an ITC perspective. Maintain and communicate customer hold issues to the customer and operations. Coordinate and validate metric data for reporting. Maintain departmental metrics boards as required. Collect and process data as required for this activity. Participate and support ACE activities as required. Support ACE events and initiatives. Participate in MFA improvement activities.

Familiarity with P&W Systems:

SAP MRO Solution

Engine Booking and Induction System (EBIS)

General Software: Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in the military or aviation industry OR in lieu of degree 7 years experience in a customer support role in the military or aviation industry

US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA with 3 years' experience in a customer service role in the military or aviation industry

Experience working with SAP - ideally MRO

Experience in quoting aviation related repairs

Experience with overhaul and repair

Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office Suite

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

Ability to work to short timelines

Attention to detail
