Lilly USA Digital is embarking on an exciting journey to bring digital marketing tactic development in house. In an age of targeted multi-channel campaigns, the volume of content and speed to bring tactics to customers is dramatically increasing, and we are responding by increasing our internal skill set.
The Digital Reference Architecture (DRA) is the foundational platform and application environment that connects delivery of digital marketing tactics and also provides interconnectivity for data and customer experiences across channels. The DRA technologist role will help deliver these foundational solutions, processes and overarching operating model for Lilly USA. This role requires deep technical knowledge in web application architecture and dev/ops methodologies as well as customer experience acumen to appropriately apply business context to technology and processes for MCE and Matrix.
This fast-paced role will put a successful candidate on the cutting edge of modern technology, major pharmaceutical brand strategy to deliver the right information, to the right customer, at the right time.
Additional responsibilities include influencing global infrastructure and solutions teams to help harmonize standards and best practices.
Product ownership for application environment
Scoping user stories and tasks
Leading stand ups, planning sessions
Technical lead on architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture
Communication lead to stakeholders, leadership and broader teams
Coordinating with vendor partners as well as internal teams
Write quality documentation
Technical consultation on application integration
Tool evaluations in alignment with procurement and Digital Future Foundation
Work with procurement on tool purchases
Ensure consistent adherence to agile project management methodology
Technical point of contact for consulting and escalations
Ensure internal Quality process are adhered to
5 years experience working with technologies like Heroku, GitHub, Jenkins, Marketing Cloud
5 years experience building and supporting web APIs
