The Sr HR Consultant is responsible for providing talent acquisition and HR metrics, data analysis, and visualizations of HR & talent acquisition data to all levels within the organization. Technical and creative skills are required to pull data sets, comparing and trending data, displaying data for easy understanding and consumption by various levels. Expertise in quantitative business analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data is required to perform these duties. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for the evolution and improvement of the Taleo recruiting management product features and capabilities, solution and version management, support & training model, and primary subject matter expertise of the system and its effective business and use. Building data sets and constructing metrics is critical to this role as well as analyzing the data and displaying it in a meaningful way. Experience in all of the steps in the reporting life cycle \u2013 requirements gathering, design, development, test, validation, deployment and maintenance is a must. Primary Responsibilities
This position creates custom Talent Acquisition and HR reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc requests by pulling data out of the Taleo recruiting management system as well as PeopleSoft HRIS database. Analysis will include quantitative and qualitative, transactional efficiency and human capital metrics.
Conducts workforce analysis including turnover, headcount, hires, and term metrics. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, management, and HR team in developing and implementing solutions. Tracks and reports on results.
Builds key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis. Monitor key metrics and understanding root causes of changes in metrics.
Performs analysis of data to meet the needs of customers (HR and Talent Acquisition, Business or Functional Leaders) and to aid in decision making.
Analyzes data and provides solutions with meaningful impact.
Creates Executive Briefing presentations and dashboards.
Generates standard, custom, weekly, period, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed.
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience, combined with 10 years of related work experience.
Must have 6 years of experience in HRIS systems; specifically PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Taleo.
Minimum of five (5) years related workforce analytics and data analysis experience.
Minimum of five (5) years writing and developing HR reports.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically is required.
