Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Director, HR Operations is responsible for leading the design and implementation of services that improve operational efficiency, centralize HR transactional processing, and deliver HR data & analytics to customers. Working closely with our Centers of Excellence, IT and HR Business Partners, the Director will develop, implement & maintain policies and procedures that align our talent strategy with our business strategy.
* Establish and implement a service delivery model that helps create business value and enables improved work processes, operating efficiencies and technology enhancements * Continually improve processes that enhance our ability to acquire, develop, and analyze HR data to allow the organization to make effective data-driven decisions * Partners with IT and 3rd party vendors to ensure a streamlined and coordinated process for delivery of services to customers * Deploys self-service capabilities to employees and managers and promote direct access to information * Oversees HR projects, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs * Improves the Onboarding and Global Mobility process to enhance the employee experience and reduce process inefficiencies
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, human resources information systems, business, or related field required * Lean Six Sigma certification preferred * Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred * Twelve (12) or more years of experience in human resources, shared services, HR information systems and project management required * 5+ years of experience leading teams with a strong ability to assess and develop talent * Experience implementing metrics and service level agreements for service delivery
