Oversees the achievement of maximum efficiency of productivity for all provider areas nationally. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures service levels, quality, productivity, and inventory management goals are met across all provider areas, including achievement of all related performance guarantees. Develops and maintains centralized scheduling processes and guidelines across all provider areas. Sponsors continuous work process improvement efforts. Ensures effective forecasting, data analysis, resource optimization, capacity planning, staffing models, scheduling and inventory management. Ensures that effective technology solutions are utilized consistently across all provider areas. Coordinates cross-functional capacity planning and resource optimization efforts. Oversees project and process work, partnering with all operational areas. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.  

Job Requirements

Requires a BS/BA in business, statistics or a related field; 4 years of experience in a multi-skilled call center, claims and/or provider data environment; 7 years of operations management experience including forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
