Responsible for overall administration of the ongoing day-to-day HNS/MyTVC eCommerce site operations and performance. This includes ensuring current and accurate site content, development of site banner and keyword advertisements, merchandising of products to meet promotion goals, ongoing site analytics and quality control to ensure that site meets world-class standards. • Manages all site content to ensure that site content is current and relevant. This includes the addition and removal of all content to the B2C and B2B catalogs for eCommerce including product short & long descriptions, data sheets, attributes, categories, images & other media, cost data, cross sell items, pricing etc.• Manages the process of on-boarding new customers with custom catalogs and pricing user credentials and site support.• Coordinate with internal functional areas (Field Sales, Marketing, Supplier Relations, Operations, WESCO IT, Inventory Teams etc) to ensure quality of day to day eCommerce business operations. • Manage pricing strategy by conducting weekly competitive pricing reviews and making adjustments where necessary. • Create and post SEO-friendly content on the eCommerce website.• Run web analytics and sales reports to identify additions as well as trouble items that need attention (low sales, low conversion rate, low traffic, etc).• Provide quarterly performance reporting to management and suppliers.• Continuously focus on design and operational improvements for website.• Manages the schedule of eCommerce on-site advertisements including homepage ads, banner ads, product category ads, manufacturer page ads, and any other site ads. • Work with Suppliers and Marketing to ensure full execution of online marketing plan. This includes; new product launches, supplier feature pages and ensuring that advertised items are uploaded to the site and are available for purchase. • Support implementation of new market expansion strategies. • Provide customer service, customer support to ecommerce customers as required.
EXPERIENCE:• 2 years knowledge of direct marketing and online merchandising• 2 years merchandising and/or web experience in an ecommerce environment EDUCATION: • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Marketing or related required SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work independently in a fast paced organization• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Excellent project and time management skills• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project• Advanced knowledge of web browsers and FTP software• Experience with front-end web design is a plus
