ESIS - Financial Analyst','316142','!*!ESIS - Senior Financial AnalystKEY OBJECTIVE: The ESIS Sr. Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for the following:Financial Reporting and AnalysisManagement Reporting and AnalysisExpense Management and AnalysisOperational SupportMAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Management of the Monthly Expense Process. Includes reporting and analysis as well as interaction with Business Leaders and Corporate Shared Services to ensure accurate reporting and commentary, complete documentation, and appropriate controls are executed.Maintain Inventory and Analyze all Vendor Costs. Work with Business Leaders to manage these costs and report appropriately.Expense Forecasting & Planning process for ESIS and associated Subsidiaries. Work with Business Leaders & Department Leaders on an ongoing basis to ensure prudent management of expenses.Complete monthly P&L reviews for both Domestic and International Subsidiaries. This includes working with local Finance groups to ensure complete understating of financials. Assist with the Monthly and Quarterly Senior Management Reports. Includes Standard and Adhoc Reporting & Presentations.Review of Monthly Production results to ensure accurate reporting.Assist with a variety of Adhoc Financial and Operational Projects. SCOPE INFORMATION:The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the ESIS Finance Manager; however, will work closely with all members of the ESIS Finance Team.','!*!MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: B.S. degree in Accounting or FinanceFive (5) – Seven (7) years of accounting/finance experience; specifically in financial reporting & Analysis.Background in Understanding Financial Statements & Forecasting and Planning is a plus.Background with Project Management Best Practices is a plus.Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel is required (ability to utilize and understand advanced formulas and macros).
