Amazon Game Studios is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to support our Director, Central Groups and our Director, Seattle Studios. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility and a sense of humor. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Key to the position is the ability to be organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as another go to for all members of this large team.
The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.
Basic Qualifications Microsoft Outlook is essential, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
2 years of experience assisting at the leadership level
Preferred Qualifications Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
Superior skills in Microsoft Office products for booking meetings, AV/VC, document sharing, etc. and driven to learn new technologies
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for customer experience
Maintain and improve complex meeting coordination
Proven record of managing a multitude of deliverables while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with peers and senior management
Team orientated philosophy; partners well with multiple stakeholders and peers
Self-starter - ability to work in ambiguous environment with minimal direction
Deep attention to detail in all deliverables
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
