This position will support the SVP US Commercial business. The right candidate must be flexible, organized, proactive, and act as an ambassador for our culture. This position also requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift gears quickly. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential for this role because interaction with staff across all levels of the organization is necessary. Keen attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and ability to complete multiple projects in a thorough and timely manner is essential. This position will be a part of the US Commercial leadership team and will require a high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Duties include:

• Calendar & meeting management

• Leadership Team meetings and department Town Halls - set agendas, attend, take minutes, handle follow-up

• General administrative support

• Track and follow up on urgent and pending issues

• Manage expense reporting

• Arrange travel

• Logistic support, coordination and set up of meetings, events, off sites, etc. - manage the entire process from start to finish, arrange location and necessary equipment, prepare agenda and relevant information, take minutes and other relevant tasks

• Manage Purchase Orders

• Collaborate with and act as an advocate for the administrative support team in US Commercial

• Keep department distribution lists and org charts updated

• Demonstrated experience problem-solving and proactive dealing with complex, ambiguous situations with diplomacy and tact
