Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The Global Manager, Customer Logistics is a customer-focused
position and you will
Lead logistics integration between Johnson & Johnson and our key consumer retail partnership
Create supply chain value by working with our retail partners, the sales organization, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment team (CPFR)
Be accountable for the achievement of our key customer supply chain initiatives.
Achieve stated performance goals
Develop key relationships with both internal and external customers and leveraging data to provide customer insight and direction into the J&J organization
Be a key member of the Customer Logistics Team, while leading and developing a matrix team of colleagues. This role reports to the Global Director, Customer Logistics
Lead matrix team of international order, CPFR and logistics associates daily tactical immersion to improve On Time in Full, CWT, DCFR, RIS, order touches, etc.
Develop and drive a strategic customer logistics plan: Lead and/or participate on key cross functional
Coach, train, mentor the team including development planning; succession and performance planning cycles
Lead customer penetration and relationship management and peer / Industry benchmarking
Provide all levels of Supply Chain support to Sales in excess of $500M business across International Consumer sales via collaborative meetings; Joint Business Planning interaction, and as the key Go To On-site Global Logistics expert
A Bachelor's Degree is required. A focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is preferred. An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of eight (8) years of
relevant business experience is required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics and/or materials management is required.
A minimum of at least one (1) year of experience in directly supervising/managing others is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
specifically Excel is required
Experience in global work
environment is preferred
Project management experience is required, PMP and/or FXP certifications is preferred
Working knowledge of an ERP system is required, SAP is preferred
Knowledge of Manugistics, E3 Marketplace, or other forecasting/inventory management software packages is
Knowledge of Retail Link is
Experience building visualizations
within Tableau is preferred
Experience in healthcare products
Experience working with Retailers
Strong analytical/problem solving, communication and collaboration/relationship management skills is required
Certifications in APICS, CPIM, RILA and/or RSCC are preferred
Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization is required
Ability to work independently with
little direct supervision is required
Fluency English is required, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred
Position is located in Rogers, AR with ability to travel of up to 35% domestically and internationally is
