Line Manager: Manager, NPI PMO
Support the New Product Introduction team actively and be involved in worldwide projects as well as day to day activities of the Duluth and European headquarters. The incumbent will be involved in analyzing, developing and reporting within the area of New Product Introduction (NPI).
During the internship, the main responsibilities will include:
*Support the analysis of the NPI project landscape and provide recommendations on how to improve quality and speed of project delivery *Support the creation of NPI Project Management tools/dashboards *Supporting the day to day New Product Introduction activities and global projects
The internship will be based at our global headquarters in Duluth, Georgia for a period of 6 months
*Studies in Business Administration or Engineering, minimum of 3 years of study completed *Fluent in English language, working level German is a strong advantage *Practical experience in Project Management, Consulting, New Product Development within an internship *Excellent MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Power PowerPoint *Structured working method *Excellent analytical and structural thinking skills *Good team player *Good organization skills
