Responsibilities
 
The Global Sourcing Contracts Center of Excellence Lead is responsible for developing and deploying a Contracts Center of Excellence model (COE) and Contract Lifecycle Management capability across our Global Sourcing Organization.  Specific responsibilities of the Global Sourcing Capabilities Lead role include the design of a proper organization COE structure, roles and responsibilities, and governance model.  Accountabilities will also include the development of proper SLA agreements and capacity model to utilize the resources most effectively, in addition to driving continuous improvement efforts post launch.  This position reports to the Global Capabilities Source to Pay Manager and supports the Sourcing buyers and region teams.
 
Responsibilities include:

Develop proper Contracts service delivery model with Global Business Solutions (GBS) and third party relationships; including team strategy, org design, and roles and responsibilities. 
Utilize benchmarking and internal stakeholder feedback to support COE design and capability development.
Design and implement standard Contract management roles between COE, buyers and operations analysts. 
Develop a capacity model and proper SLA agreement to ensure COE resources are used most effectively.
Implement a holistic Contract Lifecycle Management capability globally. 
Support implementation of the Source to Pay framework.  Specific focus on utilization of the Contract phase.
Develop key operational metrics within an SLA that ensure stakeholder needs are met.
Develop contract compliance reporting that supports global value creation and risk management needs.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of One Global Sourcing business processes and systems and take the initiative to teach skills to COE team members. Play an active role in on board training, stakeholder communication, and team culture.
Connect externally to bring new insight and expertise to Sourcing.
Maintain a focus on continuous improvement to advance new COE to the next level

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\u2019s degree. Preferred: Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business (any concentrations e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.)
3 years of Sourcing experience, with an emphasis on buying experience; 5 Years preferred.
Fluency in English with the ability to work in a multi-lingual environment
Ability to set direction, design team roles and responsibilities, and effectively influence others to drive results
Proven track record of strong communication and collaboration of skills across distances (internal and external)
Project management experience
Ability to travel up to 10-15%
