The Designer/Proposal Developer is a key member of the Clear Channel Airports marketing and creative team reporting directly to the SVP Marketing and Creative of the division. This position supplies the sales and new business development teams with dynamic proposals, multi-media presentations, marketing collateral and photo-realistic speculative art for airport procurement and sales proposals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate very strong creative and personal skills and have the ability to create stunning visuals and presentations as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Develop high quality materials for print, web, email, desktop, digital display and social.
Establish a vision for a product or design and execute the concept using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Collaborate with the sales department to prepare ideas and concept solutions for sales presentations.
Develop and understand research and insight materials for future opportunities.
Design and purchase promotional items to help sell Clear Channel Airports’ full service offerings.
Support the sales team efforts in lead generation, client strategies and business development.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Extremely strong with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Powerpoint
Strong creative, organizational and time management skills.
Skilled in working closely with others to develop high quality materials as part of a team.
Be a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
Able to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency.
5 years of Marketing and/or Advertising experience preferred.
Associates degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent field.
