This position is responsible for developing and designing marketing collateral that support enterprise business objectives. The role has responsibility for working with both local and remote stakeholders, defining objectives, establishing project plans and timelines and completing tasks as assigned. This position also has a key role in ensuring that assets are shared to minimize duplicative efforts and adhere to brand standards.


Collaborate with marketing group, graphic design team and other stakeholders to execute assigned projects as they relate to graphic design and production within Brand standard guidelines

Project production from beginning to end utilizing the common marketing platform, incorporating campaign elements (copywriting, photography, design, layout, etc.) to successfully communicate message to target audience under the direction of local or remote clients

Design print and digital media material as part of the marketing campaign, including but not limited to; menus, videos, product sell sheets, brochures, advertisements, newsletter layouts, posters, training material, presentations, invitations, logos, etc.

Carry out revisions and changes to project material in collaboration with marketing leaders and stakeholders, Catalog collateral assets for easy sharing with other members of marketing organization in marketing’s common platform

Complete projects by coordinating with other team members or outside service bureaus, Serve as contributor or editor of internal or external publications

Responsible for system-wide asset uploads, tracking usage, and trouble-shooting issues with field users of materials created, responsible for tracking work in marketing’s common platform.


Basic Qualifications:

3 years of Graphic design experience

Education and / or Experience:

Technical degree or 4 year degree in graphic design, media, marketing or other related field required

Professional Skills:

Must be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and acrobat Pro (CS5), Microsoft Office, HTML, Flash and Dreamweaver

Must be able to handle high-volume, short-deadline projects

Must be adaptable and flexible to change

Must be able to work with both local and remote clients while maintaining exemplary service levels

Must be able to expertly collaborate on projects with other members of the Graphic Design team

Must be able to work independently and constructively
