Reporting to the McDonald's Corporate HR Manager, provides HR leadership and thought partnership to assist corporate owned restaurant managers to improve business results. Serves as a member of the Operations Manager's leadership team, overseeing approximately 20-30 corporate owned restaurants in Oklahoma and Tulsa. Collaborates with Operations Manager to orchestrate and implement key people initiatives across the market. Plays a lead role in employee relations and protecting the brand.
