We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who is able to lead the HR team in our institution to proactively provide services and solutions to every people-related problem. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating relationships among different stakeholders, planning, advertising, and implementing recruitment, conducting staff education and training, evaluating staff performance, improving productivity and departmental collaboration, managing compensation system and other regulatory policies, and establishing and maintaining effective employee relations.



  • Provide advisory support to both domestic and foreign employees with problems concerning HR operations and services (e.g. travel letters, annual vacation, payroll, welfare programs, exit formality, and etc.);
  • Proactively help recruiting managers plan and advertise recruitment events and assist in implementing specific procedures;
  • Coordinate relationships between leaders and employees, serving as a bridge to communicate employees’ concerns and needs to leaders;
  • Understand the key factors that restrict high productivity and provide strategic support in the deployment of workforce and resources;
  • Manage cultural diversity by creating a working environment with respect, fairness, and understanding, especially by means of comprehensive staff assessment and staff training;
  • Cooperate with the HR team and other managers to deal with personnel affairs including hiring, terminations, transfer, and changes;
  • Provide basic staff training lectures such as time management, effective communication skills, risk management, and etc.;
  • Evaluate staff performance regularly and provide optimal deployment solutions with consideration of cost, productivity, and capacity for change;
  • Develop reward and recognition system to drive excellent performance, increase engagement, and strengthen commitment among employees;
  • Administer and improve compensation system which includes monthly payroll processing, annual salary planning, medical and benefits program, and other incentive payment process;
  • Resolve internal disputes among employees or between employees and managers by interpreting company policies and workplace rights policies;
  • Maintain personnel file and ensure that all records and labor contracts legally comply with local regulatory requirements;

  • Flexibility and agility in adapting to fast-changing environment;
  • Excellent leadership skills, especially in leading HR department and coaching employees;
  • Exceptional patience and problem-solving ability;
  • Critical and analytical thinking ability;
  • Excellent researching, planning and organizational skills;
  • Detail-oriented working styles;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Solid knowledge of various employment laws and other local regulatory requirements relating to labor relations;



  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five-year experience working in Human Resources Department; international HR working experience highly preferred;
  • HR Certification is a plus but not required;
