As a student supporting MyHR, you will provide services and support to the entire HR team. You will be responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle including:
Health & safety
Learning & development
Rewards & recognition
Staffing & recruitment
This is an excellent learning opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of HR.
Additionally, you may gain deeper insight into HR by participating on projects as requested. You will join the team in continuous process improvement and development team(s).
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-up
Strong judgment in setting priorities and providing information
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of internal and external customers
Able to compose, edit and prepare written communications
Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to apply, fundamental Human Resources concepts and practices
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision

Must be a current student with part-time availability during the school year (15- 20 hours) and full-time during the summer (40 hours.)
