is recruiting for an IT Systems Manager
to fill an opportunity in Westminster, CO.
Based in Westminster, CO you will work in a globally distributed, very motivated team of network operations engineers with GNSS and IT background, who remotely operate GNSS reference stations and several computing centers worldwide.
You will leverage industry knowledge and experience to guide through creative and transformational uses of new technologies to deliver world class service and support in a cost effective and predictable manner.
Design, maintenance and improvement of server infrastructure of 100 servers in 5 globally distributed, interconnected server stacks
Responsibility for cyber security
Responsibility for network architecture, redundancy schemes, and routing configuration
Technical lead for a team of globally distributed IT administrators
Implementation and ongoing support of industry standards
OWN your domain! Independently resolve critical technical issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, document all issues, and implement steps for future mitigation.
Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
3 years of working experience in networks, servers and/or security
Network certification like CompTIA Security
Network certification like CompTIA Network or CCNA
Server certification like MCSA
Proven experience in Windows Server administration
Demonstrated proficiency with ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, or ITSM solutions
Knowledge of geodesy, GNSS systems, and GNSS network solutions
Experience in a management role.
