The I.E. Manger position is responsible to provide managerial direction, counseling, instruction, training and development for the assigned Engineering Team Members as required to manage the manufacturing process through finite capacity analysis and planning, maintenance & develpoment of engineered standards, tooling plans, capital investment, staffing and facility planning, to provide the required capacity to meet current and future production needs.Oversees the development of the integrated production plan that align manufacturing resources and capacity to ensure Customer Demand is met.Responsibilities could include overseeing the development of the Stratgic Capability Review (SCR) process, development of presentations, strategy, performance metrics and information in response to Operations management or program initiated requests.Responsible for the administration of one or multiple I.E. Teams. Typically reports to an executive or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibility:Principleresponsibilities to plan, organize, lead and manage the I.E. support Team. This group can include I.E.'s assigned to any of the Integrated Operations & Support function COE's or Teams.
Responsibility:Oversee the development & maintenance of the Integrated Operations Factory Labor Base (FLB) hour load profile.
Responsibility:Oversee the development, maintenance and coordination of the IO SCR process
Responsibility:As required, oversee the coordination and active Management of the AOP IO Capital Plan:
Responsibility:Coordinate with other support functions, COE Staff, Management and Customers to identify process and cost improvement opportunities, prioritize continuous improvement efforts and monitor the effectiveness of process improvement actions to achieve cost-out plan.
Responsibility:This position requires the display of leadership and the development of a diverse team that can influence across organizational lines to ensure the strategic success of the center.
Minimum 4 year college degree in industrial engineering a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in applicable I.E. principles
