Position Description:

The Multinational /Global Fronting Client Executive reports directly to the Head of Multinational Canada. This role will manage an assigned portfolio of global fronting & complex multinational accounts, act as the key relationship point of contact for the client and broker, and be responsible for the delivery of agreed service standards. The Client Executive provides technical support with respect to the multinational & fronting program structure and design, as well as provide support to the Product Lines and new business initiatives.Responsibilities of the Role:Ensure all required Fronting & Multinational approvals & documentation - such as Fronting related Rater, Credit, Legal, Reinsurance, Risk Transfer Validation & Cash Movement - are agreed, documented, executed and adhere to all relevant AIG corporate standardsLead all pre & post bind activities (including meetings) across relevant stakeholders* in alignment with AIG Multinational's E2E Process (renewal and new business – in accordance with related Multinational CE Checklist) using agreed multinational knowledge, workflow, network communication & program administration tools *(Stakeholders - including but not limited to: Clients, Brokers, Underwriters, Distribution, Multinational colleagues, Network Partners, Shared Services)Proactively manage all stakeholders to design programs prior to inception and agree, implement, deliver and monitor the scope of service agreement on all allocated accounts and related service solutions that meet or exceed agreed client service expectations/ SLA's Provide Fronting & Multinational subject matter expertise (SME) and be an escalation point to support colleagues in respect of multinational and/or fronting program design, country information and/or multinational related problem solving as required on a daily basis and through involvement in delivery of more structured training Portfolio management and growth – 80%· Manage all aspects of the multinational & global fronting service delivery for a portfolio of complex multinational accounts· Lead the renewal process to achieve budget and maintain retention levels > 90% and meet targets for AQI, fee growth and profitability· Support the RAP positive growth of complex global fronting & multinational programs in Canada through the management and development of broker and client relationships whilst liaising closely with Distribution and Product personnel· Ensure the delivery of SLAs in respect of policy issuance, invoicing, premium flow and claims protocols are met· Liaise with Product underwriters on policy wordings, reinsurance wordings and premium pricing· Assume the role of internal and external technical subject matter expert on multinational program structuring, fronted deal structuring, country issues and problem solving· Meet corporate compliance standards and requirements for credit risk management, legal documentation, deal sheets and Risk Transfer Validations. Promote AIG Multinational – 20% -Build strong relationships with Product line Distribution personnel and promote AIG multinational internally· Help identify, support, and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow AIG multinational business.· Ensure that AIG’s multinational value proposition is articulated consistently and is an integral part of our new business tender documentation.

Position Requirements:

Experience with captives and global fronting arrangements as well as reinsurance.Client focused with significant experience of dealing with senior client personnel / risk managers and client board level representatives as well as senior colleagues, including Executive Management.Excellent communication and client / broker relationship management skillsStrong technical knowledge of multinational programs with knowledge of territorial issuesExperience in commercial insurance across all major linesStrong overall knowledge of existing AIG Multinational account service systems and processes5 years of insurance experience, preferably client servicing (brokering or company background)Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet tight deadlines/ SLAsAbility to clearly articulate ideas and influence outcomes.Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge / experience to carry out those improvements.Client focused with significant experience of dealing with senior client personnel / risk managers and client board level representatives as well as senior colleagues, including Executive ManagementMust demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:- Analytical - Customer service- lnterpersonal - Communication and PC skills- Broker relationship management- NegotiationTechnical Skills/ ExperienceStrong technical knowledge of multinational and/or fronting programs with knowledge of territorial issues and multinational account service systems and processesExperience / extensive knowledge in commercial insurance lines of business Experience communicating directly with external parties, including multinational corporations and/or brokersKnowledge of non-conventional Insurance programsIT packages: MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
